WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to the United Kingdom and select European destinations, including Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

 

We do not deliver outside these areas.

Please note that we are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

 

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £40+ within the UK and typically takes up to 5 working days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email or text message when your order is shipped. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details at checkout.

 

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERY:

If you believe your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at seyvornbyh@outlook.com. We will assist you by obtaining more details from our carrier service provider and updating you accordingly. Please note that while delays or losses due to our carrier are beyond our control, we will offer a refund or replacement if necessary.
