We deliver to the United Kingdom and select European destinations, including Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

We do not deliver outside these areas.

Please note that we are unable to process orders to P.O. Box addresses.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Standard delivery is free for orders over £40+ within the UK and typically takes up to 5 working days. Orders placed after 5 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email or text message when your order is shipped. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact details at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED DELIVERY:

If you believe your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at seyvornbyh@outlook.com. We will assist you by obtaining more details from our carrier service provider and updating you accordingly. Please note that while delays or losses due to our carrier are beyond our control, we will offer a refund or replacement if necessary.

We really hope you love your order. However, if you are not
satisfied for any reason and would like to return your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within a 14-day window from the date of delivery as long as the product(s) are purchased directly from www.seyvorn.com and is/are not used, damaged or open and in its re-sellable condition.

To return your product you must contact our customer service team at seyvornbyh@outlook.com, to be provided with the correct details and given the name of our trusted carrier. Item return will only be accepted through this procedure, if any other carrier is used then we will not be liable for the safety of the product(s) and for any damage caused to our product(s) or carrier service provider used.

We will issue an exchange or offer a refund once the product arrives and meets our conditions for resale if the product doesn’t match our resale condition, we will then inform you via email/text message, if the product is damaged to a certain condition, we will be unable to return the product back to as it will be declined by our carrier for their safety guidelines. We cannot accept returns that have been used, altered, or damaged.
You must provide a photo and/or video evidence (when contacting us).

If the product arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service number within 7 days from the delivery date for an exchange and return of the damaged product for our examination report.

Once the product arrives, we will then make a determination of whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

Please do not destroy or through away any product(s), even if you suspect it to be faulty or damaged before speaking to our customer service as this can affect any exchange or refund to which you may be entitled.
